The 6TL-33 with its innovative and state of the art design enables any company who needs automatic, efficient, flexible and above all reliable in-line testing to be able to implement any testing needs in its production area. The 6TL33 test handler can be configured to your wishes or delivered as just a base test handler to be customized by yourself. Ideal for companies that like to work with local integrators or have test engineering available, within their own organization.

6TL33 with bypass, scalable solution

The owner of the 6TL test handler, can start with one test system and as soon as there is a production need for higher tester throughput, the single station 6TL33 can easily be extended to a two station or even three station solution where there will be fixture compatibility over the entire line and the possibility to transfer test technologies like ISP or ICT from the first single unit and move it to the second station.

The 6TL33 can be equipped with a single, dual or triple transport configuration. The single transport belt solution can be used when one 6TL test station will cover your entire testing needs, and therefore this configuration does not have a bypass function while the test is in progress.

The two belt configuration has a bypass functionality ideal for multi test station applications. Due to its innovative design there is no need to adjust your input belt, buffer or flipper station, as the bypass transport belt bridges the test station while it is testing a UUT. This enables the 6TL33 master to load a second or even third 6TL33 test handler with new DUT’s to drastically improve throughput of your testing line. A third conveyor can be implemented to act as a return belt (for carrier plates, for example) in the bottom of the test handler.

6TL33 Scalable in-line solution

6TL33 with bypass and Push Down technology

The 6TL33PD Push Down system is designed for those applications with more probing needs. The push down technology can handle up to 3000 test points.

Due to its fixed fixture bay design, the interface system is not moving like it is in the regular 6TL33. The advantage here is that the fixture and the interface are steady, so none of the cables going to the Mass Interconnect Interface is moving, leading to a more stable measurement, especially when higher frequencies are needed to be measured.

The increased mechanical force of this system is also very well suited for ICT applications with up to 3000 test points as for 1500 test points in the standard 6TL33.

Its FastATE modular design, the use of YAVmodules in combination with a very reliable VPC 9025 Mass Interconnect solution, enables you to do these things fast and easy. The YAVModules who are located directly inside the Mass Interconnect Interface eliminate cabling and prevent as much as possible moving cabling during test.

Full range of InLine test handlers

The 6TL33 can handle board sizes up to 380x380mm and can handle up to 3000N probe force or 1500 test points on your UUT.

The 6TL34 can handle board sizes up to 600x450mm and can handle up to 6000N probe force or 3000 test points on your UUT. The 6TL34 is a so called push down only design the PCB remains still where the pusher plate comes down, bypass during test is not possible in this configuration.

The 6TL35 can handle board sizes up to 600x450mm and can handle up to 2500N probe force or 1250 test points on your UUT. It has all the same features as the described 6TL33.
